痤疮是临床常见的慢性炎症皮肤病,具有损容性特征,高发青春期人群,严重影响青少年的学习和生活。皮脂腺因青春期雌雄激素不协调导致分泌旺盛,毛囊皮脂腺开口角化过度导致皮脂排出困难,引发痤疮丙酸杆菌大量增殖形成慢性炎症。四环素类抗生素、维A酸类药物等是临床常见皮肤科药物,随着机体耐药性增加和不良反应增多,物理疗法成为临床关注的重点话题。光动力疗法(photodynamic thera-py,PDT)是治疗痤疮是新型治疗方式,本文综述光动力疗法治疗痤疮的机制。
