医院的医疗水平的提升离不开医疗设备的功能和作用,这是现代社会发展水平提高对医院提出的新要求,医院平时要做好医疗设备的维修和保养工作,没有医疗设备的支持,医院的诊断和治疗工作也就无从开展。本文通过梳理当前医疗设备维修保养及管理措施的相关研究文献展开综述,以期制定出有效的管理措施。本文的分析主要从以下几个方面的内容展开,首先是对医疗设备维修保养及管理的重要性分析,其次是现阶段医院医疗设备的维修保养管理模式简要概述。然后是当前我国医院医疗设备维修保养存在的问题分析,最后是提高医院医疗设备维修保养有效水平的措施。

The improvement of the medical level of a hospital is inseparable from the function and role of medical equipment.This is a new requirement imposed on the hospital by the development of modern society.The hospital must normally do a good job of repairing and maintaining medical equipment without the support of medical equipment.The hospital’s diagnosis and treatment will not be carried out.This article reviews the relevant research literature on current medical equipment maintenance and management measures in order to formulate effective management measures.The analysis of this paper is mainly carried out from the following aspects.First,it analyzes the importance of maintenance and management of medical equipment.Second,it briefly summarizes the current mode of maintenance and management of medical equipment in hospitals.Then it is the analysis of the existing problems in the maintenance of medical equipment in Chinese hospitals,and finally the measures to improve the effective level of medical equipment maintenance in hospitals.
