摘要
患者入院接受外科手术疗法治疗疾病期间,常会用到双腔气管导管进行插管麻醉,以此确保手术可以顺利进行,而且患者两侧肺部可以得到有效的隔离,手术期间损伤风险小,并且随着可视化技术的进一步发展,诸多科研人员将该技术与双腔气管导管进行了融合应用研究,尤其是在可视化技术指导下的导管插管方面有着较多的研究成果,应用于患者实际的手术治疗当中,取得了理想的应用成效。基于此本文对于双腔气管导管相关内容进行了概述,并对双腔气管导管插管中的可视化技术研究应用进展作了深入探究,希望可以为后续更多研究人员研制出更加先进的具有可视化特点的双腔气管导管插管工具及提升患者疾病手术治疗时气管导管插管成功率、安全性提供指导。
During the patient's admission to the hospital for surgical treatment,a double-lumen endotracheal tube is often used for intubation anesthesia to ensure that the operation can be performed smoothly,and the lungs on both sides of the patient can be effectively isolated.The risk of injury during the operation is small,and With the further development of visualization technology,many scientific researchers have conducted research on the fusion of this technology with dual-lumen endotracheal catheters,especially in the field of catheter intubation guided by visualization technology,which has been applied to the actual surgical treatment of patients Among them,ideal application results have been achieved.Based on this,this article provides an overview of the related content of dual-lumen endotracheal catheters,and makes an in-depth study on the research and application progress of visualization technology in dual-lumen endotracheal catheters,hoping to develop more advanced visualization features for more researchers in the future Dual-lumen endotracheal tube intubation tools and provide guidance for improving the success rate and safety of endotracheal tube intubation during surgical treatment of patients’diseases.
