摘要
传统乳腺X线摄影和全数字化乳腺X线摄影,虽然具有较高的脂肪型腺体敏感度,但是诊断致密腺体的准确率相对较低,容易导致部分病灶被漏诊,延误患者治疗。作为诊断乳腺癌的重要手段之一,对比增强能谱乳腺X线摄影(CESM)受到了临床的广泛关注。CESM能够综合病灶的血供信息与形态学信息,利用剪影和低能量图像对患者的病情进行判断,尤其是在临床可疑病灶确诊、乳腺癌术前评估以及辅助治疗效果评估中,具有显著优势。CESM操作简便,且价格低廉,能够为临床乳腺疾病诊治提供极大便利,具有广阔的应用前景。
Although the traditional mammography and full digital mammography have high sensitivity of fatty glands,the accuracy of diagnosing dense glands is relatively low,which easily leads to missed diagnosis of some lesions and delay the treatment of patients.As one of the important methods for diagnosing breast cancer,contrast enhanced energy spectrum mammography(CESM)has received extensive clinical attention.CESM can synthesize the blood supply information and morphological information of the lesions,and use silhouettes and low-energy images to judge the patient’s condition,especially in the diagnosis of clinically suspected lesions,preoperative evaluation of breast cancer,and evaluation of the effect of adjuvant therapy.CESM is easy to operate and has a low price,which can provide great convenience for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical breast diseases,and has broad application prospects.
