腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术在卵巢囊肿患者中的效果及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy in Patients with Ovarian Cysts

目的:探究腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术在卵巢囊肿患者中的效果及安全性。方法:将本院2018年4月~2019年4月收治的72例卵巢囊肿患者按照手术方式不同分成参考组(行传统开腹手术)、实验组(行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术),每组36例。比较两组手术指标、并发症发生情况及术后6个月时卵巢功能。结果:与参考组相比,实验组手术时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间更短,术中出血量更少,并发症发生率更低,E_2水平更高,FSH水平更低,P<0.05,对比存在差异。两组患者LH水平相比,P>0.05,对比不存在差异。结论:相比开腹手术,予以卵巢囊肿患者腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术效果更佳,可有效加快患者术后恢复,改善患者卵巢功能,减少患者并发症发生率,安全性更高,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cyst dissection in patients with ovarian cyst.Methods:72 patients with ovarian cyst in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into reference group(traditional open surgery)and experimental group(laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping),36 cases in each group.The operation indexes,complications and ovarian function at 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the reference group,the experimental group had shorter operation time,ambulation time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,less intraoperative blood loss,lower incidence of complications,higher E2 level and lower FSH level,P<0.05.There was no difference in LH level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping for ovarian cyst patients is better,which can effectively accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients,improve the ovarian function of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,with higher safety and higher clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
