摘要
本文结合1例镜像右位心并急性下壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者,讨论镜像右位心的心电图特点与诊断;同时提醒术者在遇见此类患者时需结合影像学辅助判断。
In this paper,the electrocardiogram characteristics and diagnosis of a case of acute st-segment elevation myocardial infarction in patients with mirrored rightlateral heart were discussed.At the same time remind the majority of surgeons in meeting such patients should be combined with imaging assisted judgment.
