超声引导下PICC置管在血液肿瘤血小板减少患者中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下PICC置管在血液肿瘤血小板减少患者中的应用效果。方法:本研究对象为本院2017年4月~2019年8月收治的80例血液肿瘤血小板减少患者,将80例患者随机分为常规组(40例)与研究组(40例)。常规组采取盲穿法PICC置管,研究组采取超声引导下PICC置管,分析各置管效果。结果:研究组穿刺成功率高于常规组,疼痛评分低于常规组,P<0.05;研究组渗血、局部感染以及深静脉血栓等并发症发生率均低于常规组,P<0.05;研究组依从性高于常规组,P<0.05。结论:给予血液肿瘤血小板减少患者超声引导下PICC置管,可提高穿刺成功率,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用。 Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided PICC catheterization in patients with hematological thrombocytopenia.Methods:The subjects of this study were 80 patients with thrombocytopenia treated in our hospital from April 2017 to August 2019.80 patients were randomly divided into the routine group(40 cases)and the study group(40 cases).The PICC catheterization was performed in the conventional group with blind puncture,and the PICC catheterization was performed in the study group under ultrasound guidance,and the effects of each catheterization were analyzed.Results:The puncture success rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the pain score was lower than that of the conventional group,P<0.05;the incidence of complications such as bleeding,local infection,and deep vein thrombosis in the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,P<0.05;The compliance of the group was higher than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The placement of PICC under ultrasound guidance in patients with thrombocytopenia in hematological tumors can improve the success rate of puncture and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
