经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Transurethral Prostatic Plasma Bipolar Electrotomy in the Treatment of Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生临床效果。方法:将本院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的42例前列腺增生患者,随机分组,经尿道前列腺电切术组给予常规经尿道前列腺电切术,经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术组开展经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术,比较效果。结果:经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术组手术成功率和经尿道前列腺电切术组无显著差异,P>0.05。经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术组国际前列腺症状评分值低于经尿道前列腺电切术组,P<0.05。经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术组手术等的各项指标当中手术的出血情况、冲洗膀胱的时间情况对比经尿道前列腺电切术组有优势,P<0.05。而两组手术的时间、留置尿管的时间和住院情况无显著差异,P>0.05。经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术组低钠血症、继发出血等的发生率低于经尿道前列腺电切术组,P<0.05。结论:前列腺增生患者实施经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术效果确切,可减少并发症,术中出血少,可减轻手术创伤和加速术后恢复进程,缩短术后膀胱冲洗时间。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral plasma bipolar resection for prostate hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 42 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional transurethral resection of prostate was performed in the transurethral electroresection group,and the results were compared in the transurethral plasma bipolar group.Results:There was no significant difference in the success rate between the transurethral prostate plasma bipolar resection group and the transurethral prostate resection group(P>0.05).The international score of prostate symptoms in the transurethral prostate plasma bipolar resection group was lower than that in the transurethral prostate resection group(P<0.05).The operative bleeding and bladder flushing time of the patients in the transurethral prostate plasma bipolar resection group were superior to those in the transurethral prostate resection group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in operation time,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of hyponatremia and secondary bleeding in the transurethral prostate plasma bipolar resection group was lower than that in the transurethral prostate resection group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transurethral plasma bipolar resection of prostate is effective in patients with prostatic hyperplasia,which can reduce complications,reduce intraoperative bleeding,reduce surgical trauma,accelerate postoperative recovery,and shorten postoperative bladder flushing time.
