基于奥林巴斯电子胃镜检查评价幽门螺杆菌杀菌四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的价值

To Evaluate the Value of Helicobacter Pylori Sterilization Quadruple Therapy for Gastric Ulcer Based on Olympus Electronic Gastroscopy

目的:探讨基于奥林巴斯电子胃镜检查评价幽门螺杆菌杀菌四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的价值。方法:收集南开医院胃溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌阳性的患者,分为研究组和对照组。研究组采取四联疗法,对照组采取常规三联疗法。两组患者在治疗结束后,通过奥林巴斯电子胃镜进行检查,评价胃溃疡治疗疗效,幽门螺杆菌转阴率及溃疡愈合率。结果:研究组胃溃疡治疗疗效高于对照组,结果比较有差异(P<0.05);研究组幽门螺杆菌转阴率及溃疡愈合率均高于对照组,结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过奥林巴斯电子胃镜可以较好地评价幽门螺杆菌杀菌四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的疗效,判断幽门螺杆菌转阴及溃疡愈合情况。

Objective:To evaluate the value of helicobacter pylori sterilization quadruple therapy for gastric ulcer based on Olympus electronic gastroscopy.Methods:The patients with gastric ulcer and helicobacter pylori positive in Nankai Hospital were divided into study group and control group.The study group received quadruple therapy,while the control group received conventional triple therapy.At the end of treatment,the two groups of patients were examined by Olympus electronic gastroscopy to evaluate the therapeutic effect of gastric ulcer,the negative conversion rate of Helicobacter pylori and the ulcer healing rate.Results:The therapeutic effect of gastric ulcer in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the results were different(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate and ulcer healing rate of Helicobacter pylori in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the results were different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Olympus electronic gastroscopy can be used to evaluate the efficacy of helicobacter pylori sterilization quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and to judge the condition of helicobacter pylori negative conversion and ulcer healing.
