摘要
目的:研究原发性颅脑肿瘤患者实施MSCT与MRI检查的诊断效果对比。方法:选择97例本院所收治的疑似原发性颅脑肿瘤患者,2012年5月~2018年5月作为本研究的时间范围,全部患者均行MSCT检查与MRI检查,总结2种检查形式诊断结果,并对MSCT与MRI检查准确性。结果:疑似原发性颅脑肿瘤患者确诊结果阳性81例,占比83.51%;阴性16例,占比16.49%。MSCT检查阳性74例,占比76.29%;阴性23例,占比23.71%。MRI检查阳性80例,占比82.47%;阴性17例,占比17.53%。疑似原发性颅脑肿瘤MRI检查诊断结果灵敏度(96.30%)、特异度(87.50%)、准确性(94.85%)均明显高于MSCT检查(79.01%、37.50%、72.16%),可见显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:原发性颅脑肿瘤患者通过MSCT与MRI检查均能够对病情加以诊断,但MRI检查诊断准确性水平较高,能够对患者病灶情况予以全面探查。
Objective:To study the diagnostic effect of MSCT and MRI in patients with primary brain tumors.Methods:A total of 97 patients with suspected primary brain tumors admitted to our hospital were selected from May 2012 to May 2018 as the time frame of this study.All patients underwent MSCT and MRI examinations,summarizing the two examination forms Diagnosis results,and check the accuracy of MSCT and MRI.Results:Patients with suspected primary craniocerebral tumors had a positive diagnosis of 81 cases,accounting for 83.51%;16 cases were negative,accounting for 16.49%.74 cases were positive by MSCT,accounting for 76.29%;23 cases were negative,accounting for 23.71%.80 cases were positive by MRI,accounting for 82.47%;17 cases were negative,accounting for 17.53%.The sensitivity(96.30%),specificity(87.50%),and accuracy(94.85%)of the diagnosis results of suspected primary brain tumors by MRI were significantly higher than those of MSCT(79.01%,37.50%,72.16%),and significant differences were seen(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with primary craniocerebral tumors can be diagnosed by MSCT and MRI examinations,but the diagnostic accuracy of MRI examinations is high,which can comprehensively explore the patient’s lesions.
