超声引导神经阻滞复合全身麻醉在老年患者膝关节置换术手术中的应用

Ultrasound-Guided Nerve Block Combined with General Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Knee Replacement Surgery

目的:评价超声引导神经阻滞复合全身麻醉在老年患者膝关节置换术手术中的应用。方法:选择本院2018年3月~2019年7月行膝关节置换术手术的78例老年患者,随机分为2组,参照组39例患者采取喉罩置入静吸复合全身麻醉,研讨组39例患者采取超声引导神经阻滞复合全身麻醉,评价其应用价值。结果:两组患者各个时刻的血氧饱和度较接近,P>0.05,平均动脉压研讨组与参照组除第1个时刻相近外,后3个时刻研讨组均低于参照组,P<0.05,结果存在统计学差异。结论:超声引导神经阻滞复合全身麻醉在老年患者膝关节置换术手术中的应用效果明确,可保持良好的血流动力学稳定性。

Objective:To evaluate the application of ultrasound-guided nerve block combined with general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing knee replacement surgery.Methods:78 elderly patients who underwent knee replacement surgery from March 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.The 39 patients in the reference group underwent laryngeal mask placement and combined inhalation and general anesthesia.39 patients underwent ultrasound-guided nerve block combined with general anesthesia to evaluate their application value.Results:The blood oxygen saturation of the two groups of patients at each moment was relatively close,P>0.05,the average arterial pressure study group was similar to the reference group except at the first moment,but the study group was lower than the reference group at the next three moments,P<0.05,The results are statistically different.Conclusion:Ultrasoundguided nerve block combined with general anesthesia has a clear application effect in elderly patients with knee replacement surgery,and can maintain good hemodynamic stability.
