电子胃镜在诊断胃溃疡患者中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Electronic Gastroscope in Diagnosis of Patients with Gastric Ulcer

目的:探讨电子胃镜在胃溃疡患者临床诊断中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年经病理活检诊断为胃溃疡的128例患者为对象,全部患者均接受电子胃镜检查,对其检查结果进行回顾分析,和病理结果对比,观察电子胃镜在胃溃疡诊断中的准确性。结果:观察电子胃镜检查下胃溃疡患者的并发症情况,并和病理检查结果100.00%对比,128例胃溃疡患者中,电子胃镜检查的总准确性为93.75%,和病理结果对比差别不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在胃溃疡诊断中应用电子胃镜能观察到患者胃黏膜微细结构,及时找出胃溃疡并发症,诊断率较高,值得推荐。

Objective:To explore the application effect of electronic gastroscope in clinical diagnosis of patients with gastric ulcer.Methods:128 patients who were diagnosed with gastric ulcer by pathological biopsy in 2018 were selected.All patients underwent electronic gastroscopy.The examination results were retrospectively analyzed and compared with pathological results to observe the accuracy of electronic gastroscopy in the diagnosis of gastric ulcer Sex.Results:Observe the complications of gastric ulcer patients under electronic gastroscopy,and compare with the pathological examination results 100.00%.Among 128 patients with gastric ulcers,the total accuracy of electronic gastroscopy was 93.75%,and there was no obvious difference from the pathological results.No statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of electronic gastroscope in the diagnosis of gastric ulcer can observe the fine structure of the gastric mucosa of the patient,and find out the complications of gastric ulcer in time.The diagnosis rate is high and it is worth recommending.
