对比研究不同放射诊断方法鉴别肺癌和良性肿瘤的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对比在肺癌与良性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中采取X射线和CT放射诊断的效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年6月收治的肺癌和良性肿瘤患者各47例为对象,将采用X射线胸片诊断时设为对照组,采用CT扫描技术诊断时设为观察组,观察对比不同放射诊断方法的鉴别效果。结果:X射线胸片诊断的真阴性和假阳性占比的特异度和敏感度相比,观察组均高于对照组,且组间差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺癌诊断的有效率是93.62%,肺部良性肿瘤诊断的有效率是89.36%;对照组肺癌诊断的有效率是78.72%,肺部良性肿瘤诊断的有效率是74.47%。两组间差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT扫描技术在鉴别肺癌与良性肿瘤中误诊率与漏诊率更低,和X射线胸片相比有明显的优势。 Objective:To compare the effectiveness of X-ray and CT radiological diagnosis in the differential diagnosis of lung cancer and benign tumors.Methods:47 patients with lung cancer and benign tumors admitted from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the target.The X-ray chest radiography was used as the control group and the CT scan technology was used as the observation group.Compare the differential effects of different radiological diagnostic methods.Results:Compared with the specificity and sensitivity of the proportion of true negative and false positive diagnosed by chest X-ray,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of lung cancer diagnosis in the observation group was 93.62%,the effective rate of lung benign tumor diagnosis was 89.36%;the effective rate of lung cancer diagnosis in the control group was 78.72%,and the effective rate of benign lung tumor diagnosis was 74.47%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT scanning technology has a lower misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate in the identification of lung cancer and benign tumors.Compared with X-ray chest radiographs,it has obvious advantages and is worth promoting.
