脑电生物反馈治疗康复期精神分裂症伴发焦虑状态的疗效观察

Effect of Electroencephalogram Biofeedback in the Treatment of Schizophrenia with Anxiety

目的:脑电生物反馈治疗康复期精神分裂症伴发焦虑状态的疗效观察。方法:选取本院2018年4月~2019年7月收治的66例处于康复期的精神分裂症伴发焦虑状态患者,依据方便抽样法将其分为常规组和实验组,每组各33例。常规组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规组的基础上实施脑电生物反馈治疗,对比两组患者的SAS、SDS评分、HAMA评分以及治疗有效率。结果:实验组治疗后的SAS、SDS评分、HAMA评分优于常规组;治疗有效率高于常规组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在精神分裂症伴发焦虑状态患者治疗的过程中采用脑电生物反馈治疗,能够促使患者更好的康复,临床价值显著。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of electroencephalogram biofeedback on schizophrenia with anxiety during rehabilitation period.Methods:A total of 66 patients with schizophrenia accompanied by anxiety who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into routine and experimental groups according to the convenience sampling method,33 cases in each group.The conventional group used conventional treatment,and the experimental group implemented EEG biofeedback treatment on the basis of the conventional group,and compared the SAS,SDS score,HAMA score and treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients.Results:The SAS,SDS and HAMA scores of the experimental group after treatment were better than those of the conventional group;the treatment efficiency was higher than that of the conventional group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of EEG biofeedback therapy in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia accompanied by anxiety can promote better recovery of patients and has significant clinical value.
