提高护理人员应用监护仪能力的措施及效果观察

Measures and Effects of Improving Nursing Staff’s Ability to Apply Monitor

目的:分析提高护理人员应用监护仪能力的措施及效果观察。方法:随机选取本院2018年5月~2019年5月就职的护士80例,将其随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组护士应用常规监护仪,观察组护理部对护士应用监护仪进行干预,对两组护士的监护仪能力及考核成绩进行对比。结果:观察组护理人员监护仪能力明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05,且观察组护士的平均考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对护士监护能力的提升采用护理部干预的方法不仅可以提高护理人员对监护仪相关知识的掌握,还能有效提高护士应用监护仪的能力。

Objective:To analyze the measures to improve the ability of nurses to use monitors and observe the effect.Methods:80 nurses in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The nurses in the control group used conventional monitors,while the nursing department of the observation group intervened with the application of monitors.The ability and assessment results of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results:The monitoring ability of nursing staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05,and the average assessment score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:To improve the monitoring ability of nurses,nursing department intervention can not only improve nurses’mastery of monitor related knowledge,but also effectively improve the ability of nurses to use monitors.
