微波热疗联合置管肢体运动预防肿瘤患者PICC置管后静脉血栓 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨微波热疗联合置管肢体运动预防肿瘤患者PICC置管后静脉血栓临床价值。方法:选取本院实施PICC置管处理的肿瘤患者180例为研究对象,并分为对照组与观察组各90例。对照组给予置管肢体运动训练干预,观察组基于对照组增加运用微波热疗。记录、对比置管前后两组患者凝血指标、血液流变学指标和静脉血栓情况有无差异。结果:置管后,两组红细胞聚集指数、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度等血液流变学指标均呈现显著的改善趋势,且观察组的改善趋势更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤患者经PICC置管处理后给予患者微波热疗联合置管肢体运动干预措施,相较于单一的肢体运动干预,干预效果更佳,有助于增强患者的血液流变性及凝血能力,同时能够有效削减肿瘤患者PICC置管后静脉血栓事件的存在率,安全系数较高。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of microwave hyperthermia combined with catheterization limb movement to prevent venous thrombosis after PICC catheterization in tumor patients.Methods:A total of 180 tumor patients undergoing PICC catheterization in our hospital were selected as research subjects,and divided into a control group and an observation group of 90 cases.The control group was given interventional exercise training catheter intervention,and the observation group increased the use of microwave hyperthermia based on the control group.Record and compare the blood coagulation index,blood rheology index and venous thrombosis between the two groups before and after catheterization.Results:After intubation,blood rheology indexes such as red blood cell aggregation index,whole blood high-cut viscosity,and whole blood low-cut viscosity showed a significant improvement trend,and the improvement trend of the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave hyperthermia combined with catheterized limb movement intervention measures after tumor tube treatment for tumor patients is better than single limb movement intervention,which helps to enhance the blood rheology and coagulation ability of patients.At the same time,it can effectively reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis after PICC catheterization in tumor patients,with a high safety factor.
