推拿加微波治疗仪治疗先天性肌性斜颈200例疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of 200 Cases of Congenital Muscular Torticollis Treated with Massage and Microwave Therapeutic Apparatus

目的:观察在先天性肌性斜颈治疗中应用推拿联合微波治疗仪的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月~2018年1月在本院中医儿科门诊接受的先天性肌性斜颈患者200例作为研究对象,根据随机抽签法将其分为研究组和参照组,每组各100例。给予参照组患者应用推拿进行治疗;为研究组患者应用推拿联合微波治疗仪进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的效果及1年后的复发率,并对其进行比较分析。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者1年后的复发率明显少于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将推拿联合微波治疗仪应用于先天性肌性斜颈患者的治疗中获得的效果极为显著,不仅能够发挥出良好的治疗效果,还能够有效地降低预后的复发率,促使患者尽快的恢复,并投入到正常生活中。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis.Methods:200 patients with congenital muscular torticollis received in the Pediatric Outpatient Department of Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2018 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into a research group and a reference group according to the random drawing method.100 cases.The patients in the reference group were treated with massage;the patients in the research group were treated with massage combined with microwave therapy equipment.The effects of the two groups of patients after treatment and the recurrence rate after one year were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of patients in the study group after one year was significantly less than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The massage combined with microwave therapy instrument applied to the treatment of patients with congenital muscular torticollis has very significant results.It can not only play a good therapeutic effect,but also effectively reduce the prognosis and recurrence rate,and prompt the patient to recover as soon as possible,and invest in normal life.
