桡动脉压迫止血器辅助术后功能锻炼在经桡动脉冠脉介入治疗术后患者桡动脉保护中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨桡动脉压迫止血器辅助术后功能锻炼在经桡动脉冠脉介入治疗术后患者桡动脉保护中的应用。方法:将在本院行经桡动脉冠脉介入治疗的70例患者纳入本次研究,将所有患者按方案不同分为观察组与对照组,观察组40例,对照组30例,给予对照组患者术后常规绷带压迫止血结合术后功能锻炼,在术后常规基础上给予观察组患者桡动脉压迫止血器辅助术后功能锻炼。比较两组患者术后压迫止血时间;采用Kolcaba舒适度量表对患者的舒适度进行评分,比较两组患者术后即刻、术后2、4、24h的舒适度。结果:观察组患者的压迫止血时间为(22.4±7.3)h,对照组患者的压迫止血时间为(108.9±8.5)h,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。术后即刻,两组患者的Kolcaba评分均处于较低水平,组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,术后2h和术后4h,观察组患者的Kolcaba评分显著升高,明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,至术后24h,两组患者的Kolcaba评分相仿,升高至较高水平,患者舒适度恢复,组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:对经桡动脉冠脉介入治疗的患者实施桡动脉压迫止血器辅助术后功能锻炼,能缩短压迫止血时间,安全性好且能使患者更早的获得更好的舒适度,具有较好的临床价值。 Objective:To explore the application of radial artery compression hemostat-assisted postoperative functional exercise in radial artery protection after transradial coronary intervention.Methods:70 patients who underwent radial artery coronary intervention in our hospital were included in this study.All patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different protocols.There were 40 observation groups and 30 control groups.Postoperative routine bandage compression and hemostasis combined with postoperative functional exercise,on the basis of postoperative routine,the observation group patients were given radial artery compression hemostat to assist postoperative functional exercise.Compare the postoperative compression and hemostasis time of the two groups of patients;use the Kolcaba comfort scale to score the patients’comfort level,and compare the comfort levels of the two groups of patients immediately after operation,2,4,24 hours after operation.Results:The compression hemostasis time of the observation group was(22.4±7.3)h,and the compression hemostasis time of the control group was(108.9±8.5)h.The difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Immediately after surgery,the Kolcaba scores of the two groups of patients were at a low level,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups.P>0.05,2 hours after operation and 4 hours after operation.The Kolcaba score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.By 24 hours after operation,the Kolcaba scores of the two groups were similar and increased to a higher level.The comfort of the patients recovered.The difference between the groups was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:Radial artery compression hemostat-assisted postoperative functional exercise for patients undergoing radial artery coronary intervention can shorten the time of compression hemostasis,have good safety,and enable patients to obtain better comfort earlier and have better clinical value.
