消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的临床疗效及再出血的因素分析

Clinical Efficacy of Digestive Endoscopy Combined with Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Bleeding and Analysis of Factors of Rebleeding

目的:对消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的临床疗效及再出血因素进行分析。方法:抽取104例胃溃疡出血患者作为研究对象,均选自本院2018年4月~2019年4月收治的患者,随即将患者分为研究组与参照组,每组各52例,其中参照组患者接受单纯的四联疗法治疗,而研究组患者则采用消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗,分析对比两组患者的治疗效果,并对再出血原因进行分析。结果:对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比,可见研究组患者的治疗有效率为98.08%,与参照组患者的78.85%相比,组间差异显著(P<0.05);对比两组患者的Hp根治率与再出血率,可见研究患者的Hp根治率为96.15%,再出血率为1.92%,均优于参照组患者的指标,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血效果确切,能够快速止血,减轻患者的疼痛感,且能够同时根治Hp,减少再出血的情况。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and rebleeding factors of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods:104 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding were selected as the research objects,all of them were selected from the patients admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019.Then,the patients were divided into study group and reference group,with 52 cases in each group.Results:By comparing the therapeutic effects of the two groups,it can be seen that the effective rate of the study group is 98.08%,which is significantly different from that of the reference group(78.85%)(P<0.05).Comparing the Hp radical cure rate and rebleeding rate between the two groups of patients,it can be seen that the Hp radical cure rate and rebleeding rate of the study patients are 96.15%and 1.92%,which are far higher than the indexes of the reference group(76.92%,19.23%),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding,which can stop bleeding quickly,relieve the pain of patients,cure Hp at the same time,and reduce the rebleeding situation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
