集中式清洗消毒采血持针器的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Centralized Cleaning and Disinfection of Blood Needle Holder

目的:分析集中式清洗消毒采血持针器的效果。方法:将本院于2019年1月~2019年6月应用的500个采血持针器作为观察对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组实施多酶全自动清洗消毒机消毒,对照组实施传统清洗消毒,对比观察两组的清洁度以及ATP含量。结果:观察组采血持针器目测清洁度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组ATP含量合格率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将采血持针器进行统一的消毒管理可以有效控制和预防医院中的感染疾病发生。

Objective:To analyze the effect of centralized cleaning and disinfecting blood collection needle holder.Methods:Taking 500 blood collection needle holders applied by our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 as observation objects,they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was sterilized by a multi-enzyme automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine.The control group Perform traditional cleaning and disinfection,and observe the cleanliness and ATP content of the two groups.Results:The visual cleanliness of the blood sampling needle holder in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the qualified rate of ATP content in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The unified sterilization management of blood collection needle holder can effectively control and prevent the occurrence of infectious diseases in hospitals.
