一种基于AHP的QoE客户感知云服务质量评价方法研究

Research on the Evaluation Method of QoE Customer Perceived Cloud Service Quality Based on AHP

当前云计算服务产品百花齐放,各类云服务层出不穷,为了满足用户对于云服务的优质体验需求,需针对云服务做出更为客观公正的质量评价,以督促云服务商提供更优质的服务。首先根据国家标准确定QoE指标评价体系,之后提出一种基于AHP的云服务指标权重计算方法并通过软件实现权重计算;最后根据指标评分依据及指标权重对云服务进行打分,根据得分可以在各云服务之间进行横向排名,也可对同一服务在不同时间节点进行纵向比对。

At present,cloud computing service products are like a hundred flowers in bloom,and various types of cloud services are appearing one after another. In order to meet customers’ high-quality experience of cloud services,a more objective and fair quality evaluation of cloud services should be made,so as to urge cloud service providers to provide better services. Firstly,the QoE index evaluation system according to the national standards is determined;secondly,it proposes a more objective and fair method to calculate the weight of cloud service index based on AHP and realizes the weight calculation through software;finally,it scores the cloud service according to the index scoring basis and index weight,the cloud services can be ranked horizontally,and the same service can be compared vertically at different time nodes.
