摘要
纯电动汽车是当今前新能源汽车的重要趋势,驱动电机系统作为纯电动汽车关键技术也受收到越来越多关注。集成油冷电驱系统以其结构紧凑、低成本、高效率已经成为各大厂商主推的产品之一。文章针对集成电驱系统油冷方案在纯电动汽车的应用进行研究,通过计算分析与实验验证获得油冷方案的相关参数,加快了集成油冷电驱系统在纯电动汽车上的应用开发。
Electric vehicles are an important trend of today's new energy vehicles,and As the key technology of electric vehicles,more and more attention have been paid to drive motor systems.For the advantage of compact structure,low cost and high efficiency,integrated oil-cooled electric drive system has become one of the main products of major manufacturers.The research and application of integrated electric drive system oil cooling method on the electric vehicle have been conducted in this paper.The relevant parameters of the oil cooling method are obtained by calculation analysis and experimental verification,which greatly accelerates the application development of integrated electric drive system oil cooling method on the electric vehicle.
