环保型高性能四驱静力触探车开发

摘要 现有的静力触探车存在整车使用成本高、环境污染大、探杆贯入性能差等问题。针对现状,本产品采用国VI四驱底盘,优化布局设计整车结构、传动方式、外形结构和尺寸,提高探杆贯入性能满足深度触探工作需求,优化液压系统控制液压油消耗,改善液压油箱的散热系统,最终可以达到降低用户使用成本、加快整机液压系统静压速度、减小液压油损耗、节能减排、提升静力探触车工作性能的目的,整车性能指标具有很大竞争优势。 The existing static cone penetration testing vehicle has the problems such as high cost of the whole vehicle,large environmental pollution,poor penetration performance of the Rod,etc..In view of the present situation,this product uses the national VI four-wheel drive chassis,the optimization layout design whole vehicle structure,the transmission way,the contour structure and the size,enhances the probe Rod penetration performance to meet the depth penetration detection work demand,the optimization hydraulic system control hydraulic oil consumption,by improving the heat dissipation system of the hydraulic oil tank,the purpose of reducing the user's use cost,speeding up the static pressure speed of the hydraulic system of the whole machine,reducing the hydraulic oil loss,saving energy and reducing discharge,and improving the working performance of the static probe car can finally be achieved,the whole vehicle performance index has a great competitive advantage.
