关于提升转向伸缩轴质量的方案研究

摘要 市场反馈原花键式转向伸缩轴失效严重影响行车安全,通过失效模式分析、整车机理分析、静扭对比试验分析,文章从几个方面进行结构的设计改进及优化,提出了采用滚珠式伸缩轴替代原有花键式转向伸缩轴的优化提升方案,降低市场质量问题。 A phenomenon is found that the failure of the original splined steering telescopic shaft seriously affected the driving safety from the market feedback.Through failure mode analysis,vehicle mechanism analysis,and static torsional comparison test analysis,the structural design was improved and optimized from several aspects in this paper.An optimized lifting scheme is proposed to replace the original splined steering telescopic shaft with a ball-type telescopic structure to reduce market quality problems.
