摘要
文章通过对目前主流商用车机械液控气助力离合系统结构原理及市场应用过程中存在的问题分析,明确智能离合系统研究的意义及设计思路。根据现有机械液控气助力离合系统需解决的问题及应对策略分析,构建智能离合系统的设计方案,并对智能离合系统工作原理及有益效果进行简要阐述。智能离合系统与现有机械液控气助力离合系统相比,具有机构设计简单,离合控制精准,换挡操纵平顺,提高驾驶舒适性,智能化科技感强等一系列优势,是商用车技术未来发展的方向。
The Article Based on the analysis of the structural principle and problems existing in the market application process of the mechanical hydraulic gas-assisted clutch system of the mainstream commercial vehicles,the significance and design ideas of the intelligent clutch system research are clarified.Based on the analysis of the problems and counter-measures of the existing mechanical hydraulic gas-assisted clutch system,the design scheme of the intelligent clutch system is constructed,and the working principle and beneficial effect of the intelligent clutch system are briefly described.Compared with the existing mechanical hydraulic-gas-assisted clutch system,the intelligent clutch system has a series of advantages such as simple mechanism design,accurate clutch control,smooth gear shift operation,improved driving comfort,and strong sense of intelligent science and technology,which is the future development direction of commercial vehicle technology.
