随着国内汽车市场的蓬勃发展,汽车舒适性已经成为衡量汽车性能的重要指标之一。汽车舒适性能涵盖的内容有很多,其中制动啸叫是舒适性中比较常见的问题。为解决制动啸叫,传统的方法是通过台架试验获取制动器发生啸叫时的工作振型(ODS)。该方法有其局限性。文章提供了一种新方法,可以在整车上获取制动器发生制动啸叫时的工作振型。

With the rapid development of the domestic automobile market,automobile comfort has become one of the important indicators for measuring automobile performance.There are many contents of car comfort performance,among which brake squeal is a more common problem in comfort.In order to solve the brake squeal,the traditional method is to obtain the operating deflection shape(ODS)of the brake squeal through a bench test.This method has its limitations.This article provides a new method to obtain the operating deflection shape of the brake when squeal occurs on the vehicle.
