消音器及采样管路对车辆排放PM的影响研究

摘要 为解决车辆排放检测试验过程中尾气排放物PM测量波动及误差问题,重点研究了在车辆排放检测试验中分别使用不同种材质消音器和尾气采样连接管路对PM的影响。试验结果表明,使用加工工艺更为精良的不锈钢材制消音器及热稳定性能优良的连接采样管路,可以有效解决车辆排放检测试验中的PM测量波动及误差,有利于汽车环保性能的提升。检测试验数据的有效性直接表明了为达到解决车辆排放检测试验PM测量误差的目的,推动各大主机厂采用更好材质、更好工艺的消音器及各检测机构改进采样管路的连接方式都非常必要。 In order to solve the PM problem of measurement fluctuation and error in the process of vehicle emission test,we lay emphasis on the study of the influence of different materials muffler and tail gas sampling connection pipeline on PM in vehicle emission test.The test results show that the use of stainless steel muffler with better processing technology and the connected sampling tube with excellent thermal stability can effectively solve the PM measurement fluctuation and error in the vehicle emission test,which is beneficial to the improvement of the environmental protection performance of the vehicle.The validity of the test data directly shows that it is necessary to promote the automobile enterprise to adopt better mufflers with better materials and techniques and the test institutions to improve the connection mode of the sampling tube road in order to solve the PM measurement error of vehicle emission test test.
