某5挡变速箱内振动仿真分析

Vibration Simulation Analysis of a 5-Speed Gearbox

文章以某手动挡车型5档同步啮合变速箱作为研究对象。首先分析汽车变速箱产生振动与噪声的原因,阐述与其相关的声学理论知识;后用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对变速箱整体部件进行进一系列的振动与噪声仿真分析,包括变速箱工作时的振动频率与以及定点处的法向加速度,振动的应力大小以及应力分布,得到变速箱箱体的振动加速度分布情况以及数值。

In this paper,the 5-speed synchromesh gearbox of a manual transmission is taken as the research object.Firstly,the reason of the vibration and noise of the automobile gearbox is analyzed,and the related acoustic theory knowledge is expounded.The multiphysics software carries on a series of vibration and noise simulation analysis to the whole parts of gearbox,including the vibration frequency and the normal acceleration at the fixed point,the vibration stress size and the stress distribution,and obtains the distribution and value of the vibration acceleration of gearbox.
