某出口中亚欧Ⅴ自卸车底盘SKD散件发运工装及装箱方案设计

Tooling and Packing Program Design for SKD Bulk Shipment Export to Central Asian of A Chassis of Dump Truck(EuropeⅤ)

针对自卸车出口到中亚市场关税较高,提出了将自卸车底盘采用SKD(半散件)集装箱方式发运至出口国进行组装。文章以国内某主销中亚6×4欧Ⅴ自卸车SKD为研究对象,从集装箱规格选择、工装及装箱方案设计进行分析,并实际验证,解决了出口6×4欧Ⅴ自卸车SKD散件发运问题。

In terms of high tariffs on Dump Trucks exported to the Central Asian market,it is proposed that Dump Truck chassis parts are shipped to abroad as SKD(Semi-SKD)by container,then to be assembled after import.The research object of this paper is based on SKD of 6×4 Dump Truck(EuropeⅤ)export to Central Asian,to analysis container specification selection,tooling and packing scheme design with actual testing,solved the export handling of SKD parts shipment of 6×4 Dump Truck(EuropeⅤ).
