摘要
目前汽车生产线的生产工艺主要包含以下工艺过程:前处理、电泳、PVC密封、(中涂)、喷涂前准备、面漆喷涂、修饰、空腔注蜡等,其中为车身提供最有效防腐性能,延长车身寿命,同时,为面漆喷涂提供良好附着力,当属电泳工艺过程。由此可见,电泳工艺的作用至关重要。电泳的过程如同电镀的过程,电压的稳定性、连续性对电泳工艺质量影响深远。文章结合车身实际生产过程,简要讲述了关于传统7段整流直流电电压连续性的问题,以及分析与解决过程。
Now,the auto production lines mainly consist of the following processes:pre-treatment,electrophoresis(ED),PVC seal,(floating coat),the coating preparation line,top-coat painting,finish line,wax,etc.Among them,the electro-phoresis process(ED line)provides bodies with the most effective anticorrosive performance,prolongs the life of the body,at the same time,provides good adhesion to top-coat painting.Therefore,the role of ED line is very important.The process of ED is similar to that of electroplating.The stability and continuity of voltage have a profound influence on the quality of electrodeposition process.Combined with the actual production process of the car body,this paper briefly describes the problem of the continuity of the conventional 7-section rectifier,as well as the analysis and solution process.
