摘要 天然气主要成分为甲烷,海陆储量丰富,同时也可以通过沼气等生物发酵方式进行再生制备。天然气发动机作为重型车辆清洁高效的动力来源之一,日益受到产业链相关各方的密切关注。随着技术的发展进步及排放法规的日益严格,天然气发动机在汽车行业的使用越来越广泛,实现了从轻型乘用车到重型商用客货车辆的全车型领域覆盖。文章概述了重型车用天然气发动机的分类及技术特点,重点论述了欧洲主流天然气发动机制造商FPT的车用燃气发动机产品、当量燃烧天然气发动机的特点以及进一步提高热效率的方式和方法。最后,对重型商用车领域气体发动机未来技术发展做了展望。 The main content of natural gas is methane,which has large reservation in land and sea,also could be reproduced from waste and biomass.Natural gas engine,as one of the clean and efficient powers for heavy duty vehicles,is playing more and more important role inside the industry chain.Due to the emission legislation evolution,natural gas engine has been widely applicated to vehicle industry,from light passenger cars to heavy commercial buses and trucks.This article described the different types of natural gas engine classification and its characters,and introduced FPT as a main engine manufacture,its natural gas engine products,key features,and the method about natural gas engine thermal efficiency continuous improvement.And at last,expectations of potential future technologies which will be used to natural gas engine for on road heavy duty sector have been stated.
