2型糖尿病合并上消化道出血急性期血糖治疗观察被引量：3

摘要 2018年4月至2019年4月2型糖尿病合并上消化道出血患者114例所有患者均行消化道止血治疗,随机平分对照组选用短效胰岛素静脉注射治疗,观察组选用甘精胰岛素皮下注射治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.49%)高于对照组(80.70%),治疗10d后,观察组FPG、2hPG水平均低于对照组,大便潜血转阴时间早于对照组,治疗期间出血量低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论使用消化道止血联合皮下注射甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病合并上消化道出血能够显著提升临床疗效。
