不同热处理状态下铝合金应变速率敏感性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究不同热处理状态下AA6016铝合金板材的应变速率敏感性,针对1 mm厚的AA6016-T4和AA6016-T5两种不同热处理状态的铝合金板材,采用试验的方法获得不同应变速率下铝合金板材的应力应变数据,并进行试验结果的对比分析。结果表明,当应变速率为1730 s^-1时,AA6016-T5铝合金的抗拉强度为450 MPa,断裂应变为0.185;当应变速率超过1110 s^-1时,高应变速率下的断裂应变明显超过准静态下的断裂应变;当应变速率为1860 s^-1时,AA6016-T4铝合金的抗拉强度为245 MPa,断裂应变为0.235。对比分析表明,高应变速率下铝合金板材的抗拉强度比准静态下高;高应变速率下,随着应变速率增加,铝合金板材的塑性逐渐提高;AA6016-T5铝合金应变速率的敏感性明显高于AA6016-T4铝合金。 To study the strain rate sensitivity of AA6016 aluminum alloy sheet under different heat treatment conditions,aiming at the aluminum alloy sheets with two different heat treatment conditions,namely AA6016-T4 and AA6016-T5 with thickness of 1 mm,the stress and strain data of aluminum alloy sheet under different strain rates were obtained by using test method,and the test results were compared and analyzed.The results show that when the strain rate is 1730 s^-1,the tensice strength of AA6016-T5 aluminum alloy is 450 MPa,and the fracture strain is 0.185;when the strain rate exceeds 1110 s^-1,the fracture strain at high strain rate obviously exceeds that under quasi-static condition;when the strain rate is 1860 s^-1,the tensile strength of AA6016-T4 aluminum alloy is 245 MPa,and the fracture strain is 0.235.The comparative analysis shows that the tensile strength of aluminum alloy sheet at high strain rate is higher than that under quasi-static condition;at high strain rate,with the increase of strain rate,the plasticity of aluminum alloy sheet increases gradually;the strain rate sensitivity of AA6016-T5 aluminum alloy is obviously higher than that of AA6016-T4 aluminum alloy.
