大型燃煤锅炉新型送风控制策略研究

摘要 通过分析烟气CO含量与锅炉热损失、过量空气内在关系,提出了CO量与O2量相结合的新型送风控制策略,解决了锅炉入炉煤质变化或燃烧器配风不当时,单一氧量检测无法准确判断燃烧效率的难题。通过控制CO含量的控制带,在线控制烟气含氧量为最佳值,使锅炉效率达到最优。 Based on the analysis of the internal relationships between CO content in flue gas and boiler heat loss and excess air,a new air supply control strategy combining CO content and O2content is presented,which solves the difficult problem that the combustion efficiency cannot be judged accurately by single oxygen detection when the change of fired coal quality or the improper distribution of air in burners happens.Through controlling the control band of CO content,on-line control of flue gas oxygen content at optimal value is realized,so that the boiler efficiency is optimized.
