摘要
针对某热电机组二级吸收塔除雾器频繁出现堵塞结垢的问题,对该机组一级塔石膏排出泵管路进行改造,实现双塔之间浆液互通,提升二级塔浆液密度,从根本上解决了二级塔除雾器堵塞结垢。改造中合理利用系统现有设备管道,节约了改造成本。
In view of the problem of clogging and scaling occurs frequently in the mist eliminator of a the secondary absorption tower of a thermoelectric unit,the gypsum discharge pump pipe of the primary tower of the unit is reformed to realize the interflow of slurry between the two towers and the slurry density of the secondary tower is increased,thus fundamentally solving the clogging and scaling problem of the mist eliminator in the secondary tower.The reasonable utilization of the existing equipment pipeline in the transformation saves the cost of the transformation.
