摘要 燃煤电厂烟气脱硝系统中,当氨流量监测仪表和流量调节阀等设备发生缺陷时,会使氮氧化物超排放,不能满足环保要求。针对此现象,改进现有的脱硝喷氨量监控系统,增加喷氨量检测和调节备用回路,确保喷氨不过量,排放不超标。 In the flue gas denitration system of coal-fired power plants,when the equipment such as ammonia flow monitoring instrument and flow regulating valve is defective,nitrogen oxide excessive discharge will happen not meeting the requirement of environmental protection.In view of this phenomenon,this paper improves the existing monitoring system of the amount of ammonia injection for denitration,increases the detection of the amount of ammonia injection and adjusts the spare loop to ensure that the amount of ammonia injection is not exceeded and the discharge is not exceeded the standard.
