摘要
水力冲挖机组通过模拟自然水流冲刷原理,借助水的冲刷之力进行开挖和运输,其作为一种工效高、成本低、工期短的水力开挖机械,在河道清淤疏浚工程中的应用日益广泛。以德州市引黄清淤工程为例,对水力冲挖机组施工技术在该工程河道清淤疏浚中的应用进行分析探讨。施工结果表明,水力冲挖机组能有效减轻劳动强度,提升劳动工效,降低工程造价,对于各类型河道清淤疏浚及砂土、壤土、亚黏土冲挖都较为适用。
The hydraulic excavation unit simulates the principle of natural water scouring and uses the power of water scouring to excavate and transport.It is widely used in the dredging and dredging of river channels,because it is a hydraulic machine with high work efficiency,low cost and short construction period.Taking Dezhou City Yellow River Dredging Project as an example,the application of the hydraulic excavation unit construction technology in the river dredging and dredging of the project is analyzed and discussed.The construction results show that the hydraulic excavation unit can effectively reduce labor intensity,improve labor efficiency,and reduce project cost.It is more suitable for dredging and dredging of various types of rivers and sand,loam,and sub-clay excavation.
