摘要
我国是世界不锈钢生产第一大国,铬是不锈钢中防锈的主要合金元素,而不锈钢中的铬来源于铬铁合金,因而铬铁合金的冶炼十分重要,为指导实际生产,以温度和成分为研究对象,在准确收集大量数据的前提下,对一系列数据进行整理、筛选、分析,找出成分随温度的变化规律,并给出相应的函数关系,进而通过温度快速判断出近似的成分。结果显示,随温度上升铬、硅含量均呈现先增加后减少的趋势,但是峰值温度不同,铁含量变化不大。这对企业实际生产有一定的指导作用,具有一定的实际应用价值。
China is the largest stainless steel producer in the world.Chromium is the main anti-rust alloy element in stainless steel,and chromium in stainless steel is derived from ferrochrome.Therefore,the smelting of ferrochrome is very important.To guide production,taking temperature and composition as the research objects,on the premise of accurately collecting a large amount of data,a series of data are sorted out,screened,analyzed,and the change rule of the composition with temperature can be found.Since the corresponding function relationship is given,the approximate composition can be quickly judged by temperature.The results showed that the chromium and silicon contents increased first and then decreased with increasing temperature,but the peak temperature was different,and the iron content did not change much.This has a certain guiding role for the actual production of enterprises and has a certain practical value.
