摘要
从还原脱磷的角度出发,应用硅钙合金和脱磷渣复合脱磷的方法,对高碳锰铁进行了还原脱磷研究。结果表明,硅钙合金结合主成分为CaO-MnO-FeO-CaF2、Na2CO3-MnO-FeO-CaF2的两种脱磷渣,可以有效降低高碳锰铁磷含量,使[P]≤0.1%,同时降低碳、硫、氮、钛含量,碳含量随着硅钙合金加入量增加显著降低,可以实现[C]<2.0%;硅钙合金结合主成分CaO-MnO-FeO-CeO2脱磷渣,脱磷效果不显著,由于CeO2与SiO2、TiO2、S能够在渣中分别形成稳定化合物,促进了硅、钛、硫与熔渣的化学反应,因此降硅、钛、硫效果显著。
Complex dephosphorization of high carbon ferromanganese has been carried out and results obtained as follow:silicocalcium with slag(CaO-MnO-FeO-CaF2)or slag(Na2CO3-MnO-FeO-CaF2)could effectively reduce phosphorus content to[P]≤0.1%in high carbon ferromanganese,meanwhile,reduce carbon,sulphur,nitrogen,titanium content in high carbon ferromanganese.The carbon content could reduce significantly with the addition of silicocalcium,even to lower than 2%.The dephosphorization effect of silicocalcium combined with slag(CaO-MnO-FeO-CeO2)is not significant,but CeO2 with SiO2,TiO2,S could form stable chemical compounds in slag,promoting chemical reaction of sillicon,titanium,sulphur with slag,so the effect of sillicon,titanium and sulphur reduction is significant.
