摘要
介绍了通过对传统导电元件的改进,使用弧面导电元件后,组合把持器在大型硅铁矿热炉中的使用情况。解决了组合把持器由于载流能力小于同炉型的铜瓦把持器的,易出现打筋片、导电元件烧损等故障,使其在硅铁矿热炉的大型化的使用推广中受到限制的问题。
The paper introduces the application of the combined holder in the large-scale submerged arc furnace with the use of arc conductive elements which are improved from traditional conductive elements.Because the current carrying capacity of the combined holder is not as large as that of the copper bush holder of the same furnace type,it is easy to have some faults such as the ribs and burning loss of the conductive elements,which limit the application of the combined holder in the large-scale application of the ferrosilicon furnace.
