摘要
介绍了在对现有研究资料进行整合、总结的基础上,对粉煤灰冶炼硅铝铁合金的可行性进行了阐述。明确了该方法至今未能工业化的原因:反应机理不够明确;冶炼过程工艺参数(冶炼温度、冶炼时间、原料入炉方式及加料顺序)不系统。指出了今后为推进粉煤灰冶炼硅铝铁合金工业化要做的工作。
Based on the integration and summary of available research data,the feasibility of smelting ferrosilico-aluminium with fly ash is described in the paper.The reasons why the method has not been industrialized so far are clear:the reaction mechanism is not clear enough;the process parameters(smelting temperature,smelting time,raw material feeding method and feeding sequence)are not systematic.It also points out the work to be done in the future to promote the industrialization of ferrosilico-aluminium with fly ash.
