摘要
大力弘扬工匠精神,突出职业素养培育已经成为新时期人才培育的重要理念和职业需求,对于工业机器人等智能制造领域综合性较强的专业技能人才,工匠精神的培育将为其夯实技能基础、塑造职业品格、提升发展潜力、对接职业岗位起到关键支撑作用。本文以当前制造领域工匠精神的现实需求为切入点,阐述了贯穿技能人才职业技能培育全过程的工匠精神同步养成实施要点与组织策略。
Vigorously carry forward the spirit,outstanding professional spirit cultivation has become an important concept of talent cultivation in the new period and professional requirements,especially for industrial robot intelligent manufacturing fields such as comprehensive strong professional skills,the spirit of craftsman cultivates for laying solid foundation skills and vocational character,promote development potential,docking jobs play a key supporting role.In this paper,starting from the current practical needs of the craftsman spirit in the manufacturing field,the paper expounds the key points and organizational strategies for the simultaneous cultivation of craftsman spirit in the whole process of vocational skill cultivation of skilled personnel,which can provide useful reference for the cultivation of craftsman spirit of professional talents in the field of industrial robots and intelligent manufacturing.
