广东省乡村振兴人才支撑的思考

农业要发展,乡村要振兴,离不开人才的支撑。当前广东省正在紧锣密鼓地推进乡村振兴,但乡村振兴人才支撑仍存在一些突出问题,比如乡村人才总量偏低、外流严重、素质不高、作用发挥不好等现实问题的制约。为此,打造一支强大的乡村振兴人才队伍至关重要。

Agricultural development and rural revitalization cannot be separated from the support of human resources.At present,guangdong province is making intensive efforts to promote rural revitalization,but there are still some outstanding problems in supporting rural revitalization talents,such as the low volume of rural talents,serious outflow,low quality,the role of poor constraints and other practical problems,so it is crucial to build a strong team of rural revitalization talents.
