摘要
目前在云南的烟草移栽生产过程中大部分均采用人工挖穴、手动移栽的方式,不仅劳动强度大,而且生产率低,尤其是烟苗的成活率低,严重制约着当地烟草产业发展。基于此,文章研究了鸭嘴式的挖穴机用于烟草移栽的田间工作,并且对鸭嘴式挖穴机做了Pro/e三维建模及仿真分析,实践证明,该挖穴机极大地提高了烟农们劳动生产效率。
At present,in the process of tobacco transplanting production in Yunnan Province,most of them adopt the methods of manual hole digging and transplanting,which not only has high labor intensity,but also has low productivity,especially the survival rate of tobacco seedlings,which seriously restricts the development of local tobacco industry.Based on this,this paper studies the application of duck billed hole digger in tobacco transplanting field work,and makes Pro/E three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis of duck billed hole digger,in order to improve the efficiency of labor production.
