摘要
水力驱动自清洗过滤器有着良好的市场应用前景,水力控制阀是水力驱动自清洗过滤器的关键技术之一。本文结合水力驱动自清洗过滤器的工作原理,确定了水力控制阀的设计目标,研究了水力控制阀的设计方案,借助计算机辅助软件UG NX10.0,利用滤网内压差和阀芯的运动特性,集横向阀和纵向阀于一体,研发了一种适合水力驱动自清洗过滤器的水力控制阀,具有结构简单和装配方便等特点,市场前景良好。
Hydraulic self-cleaning filter has a good market prospect.Hydraulic control valve is one of the key technologies of hydraulic self-cleaning filter.Combined with the working principle of hydraulic driven self-cleaning filter,the design objective of hydraulic control valve is determined,the design scheme of hydraulic control valve is studied,and the computer aided software UG is used Nx10.0,using the pressure difference in the filter screen and the movement characteristics of the valve core,integrates the horizontal valve and the vertical valve,develops a hydraulic control valve suitable for the hydraulic driven self-cleaning filter,which has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient assembly,and has a good market prospect.
