摘要
文章为了解决国内售后市场某款SUV车型在高速行驶过程中出现的轰鸣声问题,使用LMS测试设备测试样车相应的振动噪声数据进行分析,提出优化方案,制造样件进行验证,轰鸣改善明显,客户满意。这对于解决类似汽车轰鸣问题的途径具有深远的意义。
In order to solve the roar problem of a SUV model in the domestic after-sales market during the high-speed driving process,the vibration and noise data of the sample vehicle are tested by LMS test equipment for analysis,and the optimization scheme is proposed,and the sample parts are manufactured for verification.The roar improvement is obvious and the customer is satisfied.This is of far-reaching significance to solve the problem of car roar.
