微型旋流器溢流口结构参数对SCR废催化剂分离性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 TiO2(钛白)以其优越的白度和稳定的物理化学性质被广泛应用于涂料、橡胶、塑料、日化等行业。采用旋流分离法从SCR废催化剂中分离出TiO2,以提高净化效率为目标,通过试验和模拟研究考察了微型旋流器溢流管的结构对分离效率的影响。数值模拟上采用了雷诺应力模型和离散型模型模拟,试验上使用直径为20mm的微型旋流器来分离粒度分布为(1~56)μm的颗粒物料。结果表明,在相同的处理量下,溢流口直径为4.5mm、溢流管伸入深度为10mm时,旋流器对物料的净化效率最高。 TiO2 is widely used in coatings,rubber,plastics,cosmetic and other industries due to its excellent whiteness and stable physicochemical properties. In this paper,the separation of TiO2 from SCR waster catalyst with hydrocyclones was studied. The effect of design parameters of a micro hydrocyclone on the separation efficiency was investigated by simulation.Reynolds stress model simulations and discrete models were used in the numerical simulations. A micro hydrocyclones with a diameter of 20 mm were used in experiments to separate granular particles ranging from 1 to 56μm. Results show that the overflow port diameter of 4.5 mm and the length of the vortex finder of 10 mm give the highest separation efficiency at the given feed flow.
