摘要
齿轮的高速干式滚切加工工艺参数与常规滚切加工有显著差异,为获取行星齿轮干式滚切加工最优工艺参数组合,提出其工艺参数优化方法。以滚刀转速、机床X轴进给速度和Z轴进给量等参数作为优化变量,选取滚切能耗和时间为优化目标,分析了滚刀转速等优化变量对滚切能耗和时间的影响,建立了协调考虑滚切能耗和时间的多目标优化模型,并建立优化模型的约束条件。应用遗传算法对建立的多元非线性多目标优化模型进行最优解搜索,获取最优工艺参数组合。优化实例和加工实验验证了优化模型和模型求解算法的有效性。
The machining parameters of CNC high-speed dry hobbing of gears is significantly different from the traditional hobbing. In order to obtain the optimal machining parameters of CNC high-speed dry hobbing of planetary gear,the machining parameters optimization method is proposed. The CNC hobbing energy consumption and time consuming are considered as optimization objective,and the rotation speed of hob,X-axis feed speed and Z-axis feeding of hobbing machine are selected as optimization variables. The influences of optimization variables such as hobbing speed on energy consumption and time consuming of CNC dry hobbing are analyzed,and the multi-objective optimization model that takes into account the energy consumption and time consuming of CNC dry hobbing is established,the constraint conditions of the optimization model is also constructed. The genetic algorithm is applied to solve the multiple nonlinear optimization model,so as to obtain the optimal combination of CNC hobbing parameters. The effectiveness of the optimization model and model solving algorithm are verified by the optimization example and CNC hobbing experiment.
