摘要
多孔材料可以减轻零件重量,同时也具有良好的传热和能量吸收性能。随着增材制造技术的发展,依照需求设计的类桁架点阵结构多孔材料的制造变得十分方便。基于类桁架点阵结构(lattice structure)多孔材料开展的零件设计和传统的零件设计不同,它具有参数众多导致设计空间庞大的特点。就常见类桁架点阵结构的单元结构类型,常见类桁架点阵结构的力学分析方法和利用类桁架点阵结构进行零件设计过程中的优化方法进行了总结并提出了对未来研究方向的思考。
The porous material can reduce the weight of the part,but also has good heat transfer performance and energy absorption properties. With the development of additive manufacturing technology,it is very convenient to fabricate the porous materials with the lattice structure. The design of the parts made of porous materials with lattice structure is different from the traditional parts design. It has a large number of parameters and a huge design space. Firstly,this paper summarizes the common types of lattice structure,the mechanical analysis methods of some kind of lattice structure and the optimization methods of the lattice structure.Then,some possible future research points are proposed.
