摘要
为实现湍流射流点火的稀薄燃烧,本文设计并试制了一款集成了火花塞、喷油器和预燃室的湍流射流点火器,并基于该射流点火器开展了初步发动机试验。进一步地,根据试验结果和耐久性结果对该射流点火器进行了结构优化,优化后的结构明显提高了发动机的性能,并且大大改善了喷油器因高温而损坏的情况。
To realize the lean burn of turbulent jet ignition combustion, a turbulent jet ignitor comprising a spark plug, an injector and a pre-chamber is designed and made in this work. Furtherly, according to the test results of engine experiments and durability results,optimization of the turbulent jet ignitor is conducted, and the engine performance is greatly improved and the damage of injector by high temperature is avoided.
